Located in the heart of downtown New Braunfels, Muck & Fuss is a locally owned restaurant known for its chef-inspired menu, gourmet burgers, and carefully curated craft beer selection. From the beginning, our menu has been crafted with the help of North Carolina chef Kris Fuller, combining fresh, creative ingredients with bold flavors that everyone can enjoy — whether you're craving a burger, salad, tacos, or shareable apps.

Owners Terry and Celina Muckenfuss, longtime New Braunfels locals, are committed to revitalizing and investing in the downtown district. Their passion for hospitality also led them to restore the historic Prince Solms Inn and open the neighboring Sidecar, an elevated speakeasy-style cocktail bar tucked beneath the inn.
